As the Senior Supporter Retention & Development Officer, you will devise and take the lead in managing and executing the individual cash and regular giving supporter communication and fundraising activity plan, in order to maximise the lifetime value of supporters through retention and development.
The successful candidate will have experience of marketing /fundraising including direct marketing and project management. You will have experience of briefing, and managing agencies and suppliers, report and letter writing, and editing in particular for consumers. Managing a small team is essential.
The usual recruitment rate for this post (Grade 3) is £37,427 with future pay progression within the pay band from £37,427 to £39,346.
Our annual leave entitlement starts at 25 days (plus public holidays) for new starters. It goes up to 30 once you’ve been with us for 6 years.
