Tender for Global Midline and Thought Leadership
SUMMARY
The Credit Suisse funded Global Education initiative is a partnership between Plan UK, Aflatoun International and Credit Suisse, which seeks to deliver Financial Education to Adolescent Girls Programme in Brazil, China, India and Rwanda, as part of an overall objective of achieving quality secondary education.
This tender invites one Lead Global Consultant to
1. Work on the programme midline evaluation
Design and oversee implementation of the Financial Education for Adolescent Girls programme midline
Provide recommendations for the programme based on results from the midline
Assist in the roll-out of new M&E tools as contained in the project log-frame
2. Work on the Thought Leadership research
Design tools and oversee the collection of qualitative data on the Thought Leadership research questions in the 4 countries1
Support the country-level researchers on their respective reports (4)
Combine the findings from the Thought Leadership into 1 report
It is expected that this assignment will take place between May and November 2016.
The Lead Global Consultant will be involved in coordination and support of country-level consultants, hired by Plan Country Offices (COs) in the 4 Financial Education for Adolescent Girls Programme countries.
