Plan UK is seeking to build its Monitoring and Evaluation capacity and this job profile is a generic one with applicants being considered for specific roles that are anticipated in the coming months, conditional upon Plan UK securing key donor funding.
We are seeking experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Officers to ensure existing M&E systems of consortium members are effectively harmonized and strengthened to meet donor requirements. You would also be responsible for ensuring that learning from the project is properly documented and shared. This role is envisaged to be split 50/50 between two major projects at any one time.
The successful candidate will have experience of implementing and ensuring the ongoing development of monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks for large and complex projects.
The posts are open to individuals with generalist thematic experience; however, individuals with technical interest and experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- Nutrition;
- Resilience;
- Sexual and Reproductive Health;
- WASH.
You will have exceptional quantitative and qualitative data processing and analysis skills and be able to engage effectively with dedicated consortium M&E partners. Knowledge and management of statistical software packages such as SPSS, Stata and/ or CSPRO is highly desirable.
